Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Provide exemplary service to guests throughout their journey, anticipating and meeting their needs with kindness and efficiency.
Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and accompany them to their assigned cabins.
Offer personalized assistance and guidance regarding comfort, services, and onboard activities.
Cabin Maintenance: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within guest cabins, ensuring they are always presented to the highest standards.
Monitor and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and luxurious environment during their stay.
Conduct routine inspections of cabins to promptly identify and address any maintenance issues.
Food and Beverage Service: Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to coordinate meal services and accommodate guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
Assist with the setup and service of meals in the restaurant car, providing continuous and careful assistance to guests.
Offer advice and knowledge on menu selections, wine pairings, and specialty offerings.
Concierge Assistance: Act as a focal point for guests seeking information on onboard activities, excursions, and destination highlights.
Arrange bookings for off-train excursions, entertainment venues, and restaurants as requested by guests.
Facilitate special requests and celebrations, such as arranging floral arrangements, in-cabin culinary experiences, or event coordination.
Safety and Emergency Preparedness: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures, always prioritizing the well-being and safety of guests.
Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying potential safety risks or concerns, promptly reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications: High School Diploma in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in the luxury hospitality sector or a related field, with demonstrated expertise.
Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Flexibility to work on shift hours and travel as required.
