CA & DTM Solutions Consultant Intesa SpA, a Kyndryl Company, as part of its growth and positioning path as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for a CA & DTM Solutions Consultant profile to be included in the Solutions Organisation and who will play an important role in the development of the company's positioning strategy and in the industrialisation of digital services offered in the B2C sphere, with constant supervision of the pre-sales phases.
The Role Our ideal candidate loves working with people to help them understand and learn about our services and will collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams on complex deals.
The Solution Consultant will work with our prospects to discover, analyze, prepare, and lead demos and presentations that show value in linking our services and products to the prospects' needs. The Solution Consultant is an experienced person, with a deep market knowledge, who works alongside their colleagues, participates in building our team culture, and supports their aligned sales team to create solutions for prospects and customers, working closely with our development team to define service and product requirements.
Key area of involvement Market development & strategy – Define and prioritize customer needs and challenges, conduct market analysis and have a continuous and clear view about the competitive landscape, support the definition of Intesa strategy on the market (services, selling points, pricing); Define solutions for our prospect and customers – conduct make or buy analysis, business cases, scouting activities, define development requirements and priorities, validate the roadmap with the development departments; Pre-sales activity support – collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams on complex deals, showing value in linking services to the prospects' needs thanks to deep process knowledge and strong business acumen; Sales materials and training – lead demos, prepare sales decks, feature overviews, training materials, case studies, sales battlecards and train the salesforce. Job Requirements Degree in engineering, economics, science, technology, or equivalent experience; 3-4 years of related experience in the B2C digital services or consulting experience; Good knowledge of the Qualified Trust Services & DTM IT Solutions space; Inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge; Experience with process analysis, sales deck preparation, and sales demos; Experience with competitive analysis, user studies, and product data analytics; Excellent presentation, demonstration, and writing skills; Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment; Ability to manage big, complex projects across many departments and teams; Have a strong ability to share your technical knowledge in English maintaining an upbeat pace, curiosity and a positive mindset.
