M. Sc in Computer Science or equivalent education
4-8 years of experience in developing complex software solution
Proven experience with C++, object oriented programming and design patterns
Proven experience with communication protocols and security
Excellent problem solving and teamwork skills
Proactiveness, proactivity, goal orientation
Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
Fluency in Italian and English
