Buyer - Packaging

We are looking for a Buyer_Packaging for our Procurement team.

Main Accountabilities: Drive the material group assigned with strategic approach ensuring business continuity, cost efficiency, timely execution. Work with relevant business functions and implement local or international sourcing strategies. Establish solid relationships with key stakeholders across relevant functions. Lead and/or support actively sourcing projects and other value delivery initiatives in close collaboration with relevant business functions. Identify savings opportunities and negotiate price with the local suppliers. Ensure packaging materials conform to Lindt's food safety and sustainability standards and requirements. Analyse data from SAP system to run custom and standard reports on packaging spend. Support actively the budgeting activities for the spend/s assigned. Place and manage orders working in close contact with the suppliers setting way of working, lead time, payment terms. Monitor internal and supplier's performance KPIs as well as the price variance. Contribute to drive efficiencies in the value chain. Requirements: 4+ years of professional experience in procurement related functions. Preferably graduated in economy, food technology, chemistry or related degrees. Good communication & strong negotiating skills. Professional and (self-)motivated. High analytical skills. Self-starter and proactive with the ability to work individually and in a team. Sede di Lavoro: Induno Olona.
