Buyer - Dredging, Survey, Positioning, Diving And Chartering Services

Saipem S.p.A. is an important Oil & Gas international Company with a key role in today's energy transition process.As Buyer, you will join our Department/Function Milan Dredging, Survey, Positioning, Diving and Chartering Services Procurement as staff to support the business lines Energy Carriers and Asset Baset, and focused on Procurement Services like Chartering, Subcontracting, leading the following activities:Participate to the definition of the purchasing contractual strategy in collaboration with the relevant technical departments/Projects;Prepare the Tender Strategy and relevant bidder list;Issue to the bidders the Request for Quotation in line with the Purchase Request and scope of work defined by requesting department / technical unit;Provide support to the bidders during the preparation of their technical/commercial proposals, interacting, whenever needed, with the competent departments for all clarifications;Prepare the commercial/economic tabulation in order to compare the proposals received and suggest, whenever possible, actions aimed to improve the economic results and/or proceed with the selection of the subcontractor;Carry out the commercial and economic negotiation;Finalize the bid process, preparing the relevant internal documentation requested for the contract approval and prepare the contractual documents;The buyer is also responsible for the management and negotiation of any contract revision, in case needed;Perform all the assigned tasks in compliance with company procedures and specific company system/tools;The buyer is also responsible for the proper archiving of the bid and contract documentation.Requirements:Fluent English (minimum B2).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba are a plus.Teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, communications skills.Degree in Engineering or Economics.Nice to have: knowledge of a third language and Bimco Chartering Contract.Location: Via Russolo 5, Milano (Italy).I candidati ambosessi (L.903/03) sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy (art. 13, D.
