Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing of parts related to drawing materials for the Machinery Production and After Sales Area ensuring purchasing orders are issued according to Company's procedures and will negotiate the right deal with qualified suppliers.- Create a request for quote (RFQ) with suppliers using SAP tool- Maintain updatd purchasing data- Conduct negotiation of cost reduction with suppliers- Prepare purchase orders (PO) using SAP- Manage purchasing order confirmations- Carry expediting activities out
To succeed in this role you should have- Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering- Previous experience in the role will be considering a plus- Excellent computer skills- Italian and English proficient user both written and verbal- Critical thinking and negotiation skills- Strong communication skills- Strong work ethic- Team worker- Goals and results oriented- Problem solver
