Job Description The resource will be part of the Procurement Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager and will be responsible for supporting buyers in the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities: Order management using the E-Procurement system Administrative support Perform tenders and conduct simple negotiations Carry out supplier evaluation and qualification process according to internal policies and procedures Required Qualifications/Skills: Education: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance or equivalent 0-1 years of experience; a previous experience in a similar role is preferred Fluency in English and Italian Knowledge and understanding of Marketing & Communication is preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in teams Good organizational skills Curiosity, flexibility, dynamism and problem-solving skills Critical thinking Contract Type: Fixed term
