Buyer Assistant Indirect Materials

Job Title: Buyer Assistant Indirect Materials Company: Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group Location: Florence, Italy Talent Solutions is currently recruiting for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence.
The Buyer Assistant will be part of the Procurement Department reporting to the Indirect Materials Manager, responsible for supporting buyers in the procurement process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Order management using the E-Procurement system Administrative support Perform tenders and conduct simple negotiations Carry out supplier evaluation and qualification process according to internal policies and procedures Required Qualifications/Skills: Education: University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, Finance or equivalent 0-1 years of experience, a previous experience in a similar role is preferred Fluency in English and Italian Knowledge and understanding of Marketing Communication is preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in teams Good organizational skills Curiosity, flexibility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills Critical thinking Contract type: Fixed term #J-18808-Ljbffr
