**Service Technician**
- Tofflon Itema Srl_ was born from the union of two expanding companies. This joint venture has the aim of producing and selling industrials machinery for freezing, drying and autoclave systems.
To strengthen the internal workforce, we are looking for a Buyer with 2 years of experience in the plant engineering or similar sector.
**Responsibility**
Your main responsibility will be as below:
- Procure materials according the project directions, negotiate price and delivery date, be responsible for purchase contract signature and for the documents archiving;
- Check the progress of orders and the conditions of materials during the delivery
- Invoice entry and account follow up
- Search and select new suppliers, analyze market prices and control them
- Evaluate suppliers based on the quality, timeliness of deliveries and cooperation with our Office
- Build positive relationships with suppliers
- Organize annual procurement plans and negotiate price reductions, buy the necessary materials and coordinate the material procurement cycle
- Work with Head Office departments to coordinate purchases and confirm materials
- Participate in the review of quality documents, in the acquisition of the indicators and the means necessary for the verification and testing of the products
- Process feedback list on non-compliant materials
- You will collaborate closely with the Production Planning Office to use the production plan to determine the quantities of materials to be ordered
**Requirements**:
Is essential a good ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings. Is required a good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and of the English language, both written and spoken, to be able to consult the technical manuals and to successfully complete the intervention procedures requests.
Knowledge of SAP is a preferential requirement.
We are looking for people able to cooperate with the team and share information within the organization, provide input and improvements. Accuracy, reliability and seriousness are highly appreciated qualities.
**Hours**
8:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 17:00. From Monday to Friday
**Site**
The office location is in Novara.
**RAL**
A permanent contract is offered.
The classification will be commensurate on the basis of the experience of the profile.
Meal vouchers of €8 per working day are provided.
