What makes you, makes Zegna
As a Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the buying activities for specific area markets within DOS. You will select items from the seasonal collection, aligning with the approved buying strategy, to meet the needs of the local market, identified through qualitative sales analysis, competitor data, and market price positioning. You will monitor sales performance and inventory levels, proposing adjustments to the assortment to support the achievement of business goals.
What makes up your day
Develop Range Plan and define buying strategy at market/store level according with market strategies; Manage the buying process from start to final order, ensuring a smooth flow. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through communication with retail and CVM analysis. Collaborate with retail and store managers to gather market knowledge and customer insights. Share product selection insights with the Retail Manager, considering customer, competitor, and market trends. Establish criteria for distribution plans and oversee in-season replenishment with the support of Distribution Planners. Work with VM to ensure merchandising strategies are effectively supported through in store visual display and windows. What makes you, makes our team
