To support our next phase of development, we are looking for an exceptional Business Unit Manager (IT-FR) based in Italy. You will report to the Head of Ops. Your main tasks: Team Leadership & Management: Lead international Fleet Management businesses and teams across 2 countries: Italy and France Provide guidance and support to team members to enable their professional growth and development Pursue revenue and margin goals while considering the broader company direction Occasional travels within Italy and France to meet clients, international teams and management Champion Otoqi's mission and values, inspiring passion and commitment among team members Operations & Account Management: Drive business operations of 2 countries: Italy and France Lead, support and develop the Operations & Customer Service Management teams Ensure the loyalty and the satisfaction of the customer's portfolio Explore new business opportunities with the current clients Nurture strategic partnerships with relevant external stakeholders (suppliers, lawyers, financial advisors, ) Cooperate with internal cross-functional teams (ie Digital Product, Operations Excellence, BPO representative, ) Required: Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with at least 5 years of working experience At least 2 years of people management, leading a well-structured organization Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen Excellent communication and people management skills Strong flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment Great team leadership and organizational skills Mandatory spoken/written proficient English (C1) Ability to challenge "the way things are done", drive and implement change.
