The selected Candidate will have the total ownership of leading the Distilled Spirits division with the aim of achieving the strategic objectives agreed with the CEO and the shareholders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring and launching this new business unit, defining the product range, developing market penetration strategies, and setting pricing structures.
The role also entails direct responsibility for achieving turnover targets and coordinating one key account.A strong understanding of the distilled spirits production process is essential.Main tasks:StrategyStructure and launch the Distilled Spirits business unit.Develop and implement the division's business strategy.Define the product range based on market research and production capabilities.Develop and execute market penetration strategies to ensure brand growth and market share expansion.Product ManagementIdentify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.Define product range, collaborating with RD and selected country managers.Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.Monitor pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality and innovation.Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and finance to achieve business goals.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence.Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and customer segments.Create and present business cases for new product development and market entry.SalesCoordinate and manage one key account manager ensuring strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.Take direct responsibility for achieving turnover targets.Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.Develop and maintain effective communication and negotiation strategies with key stakeholders.Health and SafetyPromotes and ensures, within the area of influence, the respect of company policies and regulations related to environment, health and safety, looking after sustainable solutions.
