Since its inception in 2016, Otoqi has established itself as a leading French start-up in the automotive logistics sector.Our strength lies in combining cutting-edge technology with operational excellence.Each year, our 2000 partner drivers move over 500,000 vehicles across Europe, all delivered in under 48 hours.Our platform helps car dealers and rental companies overcome their logistical challenges.We set the industry standard for vehicle transportation in Europe, offering ever more reliable and faster service through continuous innovation.In 2023, we achieved a record-breaking 500,000 completed missions!With €10M raised in our Series B funding round in 2024, and a presence in France, Italy, and Germany, we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years.To support our next phase of development, we are looking for an exceptional Business Unit Manager (IT-FR) based in Italy.You will report to the Head of Ops.Your main tasks:Team Leadership & Management:Lead international Fleet Management businesses and teams across 2 countries: Italy and FranceProvide guidance and support to team members to enable their professional growth and developmentPursue revenue and margin goals while considering the broader company directionOccasional travels within Italy and France to meet clients, international teams and managementChampion Otoqi's mission and values, inspiring passion and commitment among team membersOperations & Account Management:Drive business operations of 2 countries: Italy and FranceLead, support and develop the Operations & Customer Service Management teamsEnsure the loyalty and the satisfaction of the customer's portfolioExplore new business opportunities with the current clientsNurture strategic partnerships with relevant external stakeholders (suppliers, lawyers, financial advisors, ...)Cooperate with internal cross-functional teams (ie Digital Product, Operations Excellence, BPO representative, ...)Required:Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with at least 5 years of working experienceAt least 2 years of people management, leading a well-structured organizationStrong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumenExcellent communication and people management skillsStrong flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environmentGreat team leadership and organizational skillsMandatory spoken/written proficient English (C1)Ability to challenge "the way things are done", drive and implement change.Appreciated:Background in a large tech scale-up and/or automotive industryExperience in B2B context with mid to large accountsIn-depth knowledge of French is advantageousAccount management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
