The Business Unit Director for the New Cardio division is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative marketing and sales strategies across the Southern Cluster (Italy, Spain, and Portugal). With full P&L responsibility for a rapidly growing $175M division, this role manages a team of 85 and reports directly to the VP and General Manager of Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart, EMEA.

In this Role, You Will: Manage the P&L for the New Cardio division in the Southern Cluster. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to sustain double-digit growth. Plan and control expenditures to meet sales objectives within budget. Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with BSC values. Implement account tiering strategies to enhance sales execution and productivity. Drive marketing excellence through coherent planning and execution across markets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with major accounts and key stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competition to position the organisation for success. What We Are Looking For: Knowledge & Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an MBA is preferred. Strong sales track record in the medical devices industry, with marketing experience valued. Senior management experience leading sales teams in a matrix environment, ideally within the medical device industry. Fluency in Italian or Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus. Proven ability to influence Key Opinion Leaders and analyse financial data.
