Description
As business transformation specialist you will be responsible for driving and managing major changes within the Commercial Excellence Organization to help and adapt to market conditions or improve its performance. This role will be placed in the Digital Customer Engagement structure involving evaluating current business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and designing and implementing strategies to achieve transformational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing and assessing the organization's current state and identifying New Governance processes
2. Developing and implementing a vision, strategy, and roadmap for business transformation in accordance to EMEA organization.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for transformation initiatives
4. Leading cross-functional teams to execute transformation projects, including Governance models, task assignment, and monitoring progress
5. Overseeing the change management process, ensuring effective communication and training programs are in place
6. Monitoring and measuring the impact of transformation initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed
7. Responsible for one or more Therapeutic areas from a digital customer engagement standpoint
· Collect Business Needs
· Shape the Digital and Customer engagement strategy according to Janssen framework and Therapeutic Areas Business Priorities
