As a Business/System Analyst , you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for our partners platform, collaborating with various stakeholders and preparing documentation for technical implementation of requirements to ensure that the product meets business needs and technical requirements.
Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the partners platform.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and technical architects to facilitate a clear understanding of business needs, functional requirements, and technical constraints.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on platform features, processes, and workflows, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all team members.
Develop detailed use case scenarios and user stories to cover new functionalities. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure full test coverage and support the testing process to validate that requirements are met.
Prepare documentation describing a technical implementation of requirements, including integration flows, data models, and UI specifications required for development by your team.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system efficiencies, providing recommendations aligned with the company's business strategy.
Assess the impact of new requirements on existing systems and processes, ensuring any risks are identified and mitigated.
Requirements 3+ years of experience as a System or Technical Business Analyst in Tech.
Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Solid knowledge of Web Services and REST API, HTTP, and microservices architecture.
Experience with databases with a good knowledge of SQL.
Basic understanding of the Core Infrastructure Services (networking, data centers, virtualization, databases, and servers OS).
Great understanding of integration processes and the ability to design integration schemas involving multiple systems with different types of integration mechanisms.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
Solid experience in business processes and notations such as BPMN and UML.
Proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and QA.
Meticulous in documenting requirements and ensuring all aspects of the project are considered and addressed.
English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
