We're looking for a Insurance Administrative Specialist, that will be responsible for the administrative handling of Corporate P&C insurance policies.
Some of your tasks will be:
process contracts into company systems interpreting the contents of the agreements made with the insurance companies underwriting the risks.check computations of premiums, commissions, adjustments, refunds, taxes and third parties' commissionscheck administrative information on contract documentation issued by insurance companiesmanage the administrative side of complex insurance programscontrol expiring portfolio and timely manage the renewals as directed by the front officegenerate premium requests to clients for new business, renewals, mta, prem. Adj.archive contractual documents and control of the document cyclesupport for internal audit and quality control activitiesinteract with clients and support the client queries on administrative issuessupport front-office and/or interact with carriers on administrative remarks QualificationsRequirements Insurance back-office experience, preferably in insurance companies or brokers/agencies.Proficient English
