The Role Business Support Specialist - Client Service and Delivery The candidate will support the manager for maintaining existing client relationships/ portfolios with accountability for client retention as well as new business development; will help to manage and develop client and WTW relationships, and service and grow the portfolio within the business unit.
Main Duties:
Supporting day to day client service, addressing requests and queries from the client, insurers and other third parties, communicating by voice as well as email (including advice on cover, contract reviews, placement of cover under the client's global programs, negotiation and arrangement of local policies as required, issuance of evidence(s) of insurance and ongoing servicing following placement). Understanding the client's business and risk management needs and delivering them through the provision of ongoing service Understanding the client's global insurance program and utilizing them in accordance with the client's insurance and risk management philosophy Maintenance of information on the client database Supporting the manager on market presentations / underwriting submissions as required Supporting the interpretation and review of quotations, to ensure fit for purpose and meet client demands/needs. Supporting the negotiation of terms and cover alterations with insurers and presentation to the client Completion of reports as required Completion of summaries of insurance for all interested parties (client / network) Supporting the activities with clients, insurers to address and resolve issues Supporting liaison with other divisions/offices of WTW to access specialist expertise and provide local servicing where needed
