Hi We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for an Business Support Intern in our E-commerce Team.
You'll join our Sales Team in the Italy BU at our HQ in Torino, la Nuvola.
As an intern, you'll support the team in carrying out daily interactions with key internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Logistics, and Accounting, while learning to manage the end-to-end processes related to the Business Support role within the E-Commerce channel.
Responsibilities: Manage customer transfers and ledger through SAP and update Excel master database according to specific directions from Customer Service.
Verify/edit incoming orders on SAP dashboard and double check on Vendor Central.
Communicate any mismatches on pricing and lead time.
Interact with Logistics and Sales for missed deliveries and/or unloading reservations.
Verify ASN (Advantage Shipment Notification) presence on orders and interface with IT for problem resolution.
Qualifications: You're available for a 6-month full-time internship.
Starting date: January 2025 .
You'll be fluent in Italian and English.
You have a Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
You have good Excel and PowerPoint skills and you're ready to learn how to master them!
You're digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas.
