Business Support

RINA is looking for a **Business Support**, to be based in Lecce, to support RINA Consulting activities.
We offer a fix-term contract.
**Main tasks**
- Ensure contracts and invoices are compliant with provider, client and legal requirements
- Prepare periodic administrative reports presenting the status and progress of the unit's works and projects
- Sending invoices to be paid to Suppliers RINA, checking payment status
- Manage documentation: develop and maintain a filing system to register incoming and outgoing documents, sort, check and distribute the documents
**Experience and Requirements**:
- High school diploma
- One-year experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant or similar role will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of English
- Confidence at dealing with clients directly
- Team worker, yet also accustomed to working independently, on challenging and diversified activities
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
- Problem solving attitude
