Business Strategy Specialist (Emea)

The Business Strategy Specialist will be part of the EMEA Head Office Strategy Team, supporting the Leadership Team and Business Units (BUs) in the following areas:Generating strategic insights from external and internal data and analysesIdentifying improvement initiatives and supporting local leaders in devising and executing strategiesBuilding financial models and other decision-making tools, such as market sizing and business case estimatesAssisting in project execution by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver value creation plansCreating executive-level presentations and presenting complex findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling mannerMain Responsibilities:Maintain and update Culligan Market Intelligence and Insights, using this data to conduct ongoing market assessments that support strategic decision-makingIdentify and assess threats and opportunities from current competitors and key adjacent markets (e.g., Consumer Products, Packaged Water, Vending) to shape strategic initiativesSupport BU leaders in devising and operationalizing the strategy, working in sync with cross-functional teams to execute key strategic initiativesAssist BU leaders in running the annual Strategy Deployment Process (SDP): define strategic priorities, detail metrics and action plans, and help manage countermeasures, ensuring these are discussed in regular Management meetingsContribute to the harmonization of Monthly Business Review contents by identifying and tracking the most relevant metrics, while ensuring consistency across EMEA BUsBuild the Customer LTV analysis across BUs and support the creation of recurring processes to identify, analyze, and measure improvement actions based on Consumer Service MetricsSupport ad-hoc strategic projects and Value Creation Plans by working with cross-functional teams to deliver additional valueHelp build and manage EMEA pricing initiatives as a member of the Culligan Global Pricing Center of Excellence: support BUs in pricing architecture decisions, build pricing tools and templates, establish recurring processes, and track impactsRequirements:1-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields requiring qualitative and quantitative analysis, business writing, and executive presentation skillsBachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a STEM field required; Master's degree preferredProficiency in English (B2 level or higher)Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointSolid project management skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to situations with limited directionCompetencies:To succeed in this role, the candidate must have: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with exceptional attention to detail and accuracySolid business and financial acumen, with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights and recommendationsCreativity and strong problem-solving abilitiesA proactive, "can-do" attitude with the drive to achieve resultsAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively with limited supervisionA collaborative team player, skilled at overcoming obstacles and building alignment to achieve goals #J-18808-Ljbffr
