Job Description The Business Strategy office is in charge of supporting the BU's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in steering the strategic vision of the Business Unit (with a particular focus on Asset Management), developing its strategic guidelines and leading the implementation of its key projects and all other growth initiatives.The successful candidate will support the Business Strategy team of the Asset & Wealth Management Business Unit in monitoring and supervising the implementation of strategic projects concerning distribution, product development, finance, HR, etc...In particular, he/she will support in:Supporting strategic projects by helping defining the strategic guidelines and by coordinating meetings to discuss and prioritising new business initiatives Helping with the analysis of the Asset Management Industry and assessing trends / opportunities in a data-driven way to provide internal stakeholders with insights and recommendations Supporting the coordination of cross-functional specific initiatives / projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (e.g.
: PMO activity, ...)
