This individual will be responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external customers by working as the main front desk personnel for the Florence office, capturing customer leads and answering basic questions about loan products, researching and relaying customer information and requests, posting payments and processing loan draw requests, maintenance of customer accounts, scanning loan documents, and other administrative duties.Required QualificationsMust have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Qualified applicants will have: an Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience working in a professional office environment.
