Who We're Looking ForPublic Procurement and strategic purchasing are the focus of our search. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in public or private procurement.
Main ActivitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on activities ranging from analysis and management of spending needs and public demand, market analysis, defining purchasing strategies, to drafting tender documentation. You will work on diverse projects in mixed teams, across different industrial sectors, sometimes directly at the client's location.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics and Management or Management Engineering. A Master's degree or specialization in procurement management is a plus. Analytical and quantitative skills to apply to market analysis and analysis of public demand are required. Knowledge and interest in preparing tender documentation and procedures for innovative public procurement are also necessary.
Additionally, knowledge of the main methodologies and tools for public procurement through IT platforms (e-procurement) is essential. Skills in Program Management and Project Management, preferably gained in projects supporting Public Administration or complex private organizations, are highly valued.
