We are looking for:

A Manager with deep experience and expertise to lead and grow our corporate portfolio and Executive Courses (e.g., Master Executive, MBA, etc.) catalog. If you have a proven track record of corporate relationship management and want to make a significant impact in the world of digital education, you are the person we are looking for!

ACTIVITIES Lead and develop the company's corporate and Executive Courses strategyBuild and maintain high-level relationships with key corporate partners and clientsIdentify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation of strategic dealsMonitor and respond to market trends and competitor movesManage and mentor the corporate team, ensuring outstanding goals and resultsCollaborate closely with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of corporate initiativesREQUIREMENTS At least 5 years of experience in senior corporate or consulting rolesProven strategic vision and execution skillsProven ability to manage and lead successful teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFluency in Italian and English (C1 level)Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindsetExperience in managing Executive Courses is considered a plusWHAT WE OFFER A key role in one of the most innovative digital education companiesDynamic work environment with opportunities to influence company directionOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesHighly competitive salary package and various benefits
