Let's introduce ourselvesWe offer you a training project, within the Business & Retailer Development Department, in which you will have the opportunity to operate in a Premium Multinational Automotive Organization while learning how to develop and manage the Retailer Network in a changing business environment. In particular, the stage will focus on the following activities:
Analysis of economics, financial and performance data from Retailers Balance Sheets as well as specific monthly reports;Support in reviewing Retailer Standards also by planning external auditors activity;Support in Retailer Corporate Identity update planning and follow-up;Support in Retailer and Authorized Repairer Contract documents tenure;Understand the complexity of a retailer environment and behave to reply to requests and needs in the best possible way;Provide administrative support on an as-needed basis;You also have Graduated/student in Economics, or Business Management or Equivalent with analytical background;Knowledge of Accounting principles and Balance Sheet analysis;Will to deepen the contractual / legal aspects;Analytical, Communication and Problem solving skills;Efficiency and timeliness in documental activities, in updating procedures, in data entry;Proactive attitude;Good relational and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;Capability to work in team with high consciousness of privacy and confidential information;Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to use Excel;Proficiency in English;Availability to start the stage within January 2025 or earlier.Duration and Compensation • 6 months - full time (40 hours weekly basis).
