**Role Purpose**:
The employee will coordinate a team covering intelligence, investigation and security process activities.
He/she will be accountable for the italian Security Operations Center.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Contribute to define and implement the Security strategies, policies and operating plans to protect Company tangible, intangibles and human assets from malicious or culpable events having either internal or external origin through prevention activities, security assessment and intelligence analysis
- Manage/Coordinate a physical Security Operations Center (SOC) connected to all technical/office Vodafone premises
- Manage travel, event security and national/local crisis events in cooperation with Public Authorities during emergencies, special events.
Vodafone Business Continuity Plan and crisis management activities
- Investigate and report security incidents with the support of specific KPIs.
Manage security risk management and internal fraud assessment
- Set up key controls on company information to avoid data loss risks
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- 3-5 years experience working within Corporate Security teams
- Positive attitude, high level of professional ethics
- Complex problem solving and critical thinking
- Emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Good knowledge of OSINT research and ability to search the web for multimedia content (images, video, audio, etc.
)
- Knowledge of common social networks and research techniques (SOCMINT)
- Good leader and team worker
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- University degree (Computer and forensics sciences, Law or equivalent)
- English min B2 level
- UNI10459 certification
- UNI ISO22301 certification (nice to have)

- Update and improve a risk assessment model
- Manage security incidents, updating lesson learned actions
