Responsibilities of the role: It monitors, consolidates and reports on the service KPIs of the depot in the Business Unit by interfacing with Business Unit Director (BUD), Depot Managers (RDEP) and Operations Managers (Ropv); It proposes, implements continuous process improvement projects, including passive (supplier) and active (customer) economic derivatives, interfacing with the Business Unit Program Manager (BUPM), BUD and RDEP; It liaises with RDEP and ROPV for the weekly planning of work, so that this planning respects the previously agreed service KPIs; It participates, in collaboration with the BUPM, Sales and Solution Design Management, in the coordination and implementation of development, re-engineering and improvement projects within the Business Units; It interfaces with the client in regular meetings to analyse problems and propose solutions; It draws up the profit and loss account for warehousing/distribution projects in coordination with its manager and with the support of the Administration, Finance and Control department; It designs warehouse layouts according to the needs of the client; It submits commercial offers to the Board and/or customers, in coordination with the Commercial Management and the Solution Design department; It elaborates and prepares project cost modeling in coordination with the company departments involved, in particular HSE, Human Resources, ICT, Legal, Administration, Finance and Control; It carries out its activities in compliance with work safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets; It ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility. Requirements: Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics or Economics; At least 5 years' experience in managing complex projects, in the logistics sector in/for multinational and multi-site companies; Proven project management skills; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point); Good knowledge of Autocad and AS400; Analysis and synthesis skills, confidentiality, good communication, interpersonal and management skills, problem solving, flexibility.
