We are looking for a **Business Process Automation Manager** to join our IT Team based in Bussolengo (VR).
The person will report to the Senior IT Manager Intl and to them will report a team of 3 people.
This role interacts with all Italian Departments and with International/US teams and with external suppliers and consultants.
**What will your contribution be?**
- Work with Senior IT Manager International and other IT International managers to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy
- Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.
- Analysis of processes in place and related system impact and implementation.
- Responsible for ensuring the IT Departments Quality Controls procedures adhere to the required legislative standards and are regularly reviewed and maintained. Ensure procedures are enforced by the IT department.
- Coordinate BPA activities and resources, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization
**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field
- A previous experience in a similar complex contest is required.
- Good knowledge on ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM systems and Project Management is required.
- Good English skills (reading, writing and speaking)
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
- Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process formulation and improvement
