We are looking for a Business Process Automation Manager to join our IT Team based in Bussolengo (VR).

The person will report to the Senior IT Manager Intl and to them will report a team of 3 people.

In this job is required to support internal users on all Business Applications and Business Intelligence being able to identify business needs and satisfy them interacting with all departments and identify priorities and coordinate resources accordingly. The BPA Manager manages the BPA team that has specific responsibility for building or configuring, maintaining or enhancing, supporting and eventually decommissioning applications through their life cycle.

This role interacts with all Italian Departments and with International/US teams and with external suppliers and consultants.


What will your contribution be? Life cycle planning of business applications through the phases of strategize, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve, and retire Work with Senior IT Manager International and other IT International managers to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization. Analysis of processes in place and related system impact and implementation. Responsible for ensuring the IT Departments Quality Controls procedures adhere to the required legislative standards and are regularly reviewed and maintained. Ensure procedures are enforced by the IT department. Coordinate BPA activities and resources, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization Oversee support activities in conjunction with infrastructure and operations to ensure the applications perform well in production What are we looking for? Degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field A previous experience in a similar complex contest is required. Managing a team of at least 2 members in application development, implementation or management. Good knowledge on ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM systems and Project Management is required. Good English skills (reading, writing and speaking) Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes. Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels. Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources. Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in process formulation and improvement What soft skills will you improve?
