The Business Process Automation Delivery Manager role is part of Direzione IT & Operations structure: he/she will guide the evolutionary roadmap for BPA platforms, mainly based on Pega technology and low-code/no-code platforms, contributing to the digital transformation process in place and supporting other bank office in their work.
He/she will act as IT Delivery Manager working closely with the business stakeholders and managing delivery team and suppliers to guarantee the coherence of the delivery to the business needs and corporate goals, assuring a structured Software Development Life Cycle and appropriate quality assurance.
He/she will work closely with technical and non technical teams members, managing and running complex business and technology projects as well as running IT operations.
We seek for a passionate IT Delivery Manager with positive and proactive approach, transformation, and continuous improvement attitude.
The Business Process Automation Lead main tasks will be:
- Support all corporate functions in the transformation and digitalization of business processes, putting in place all IT activities and implementations needed
- Coordinate all the actors and activities involved in the Software Development Life Cycle, starting from internal customers, technical and non technical teams members, suppliers and third parties
- Maintain and evolve enterprise architecture
- Build Pega and low-code/no-code Center of Excellence, maximizing the use of these technologies within Banca Generali
- Evaluating new technologies, tools and IT solutions in order to provide innovative solutions
- Guide and manage IT governance processes with related documentation and artifacts
- Arrange meetings and communications with stakeholder at all levels
- Manage and control projects and running costs vs assigned budget
- Prepare status reports for management
- Team leadership, with management of people with different background and seniority
- Experience in the field of Financial Services, ideally with one or more of the tier one players in the Italian market or main consulting firms
- Ability to effectively communicate complex problems and solutions, adopting the most suitable register with IT structures and with the main business stakeholders
- Management of complex projects, coordinating all the actors involved (business, IT, suppliers)
- Ability to involve the corporate structures and the team, having excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Problem-solving, able to work with mínimal supervision and under pressure, on multiple areas in parallel and in a fast-paced context
- Experience with Pega and low-code no-code platforms
Additional skills:
- 3+ years of experience as IT project manager
- 3+ years of Pega knowledge, ideally with development experiences and certifications
- Knowledge and experience in cloud solution architecture
- ITIL and/or PMI certification
- Availability to travel to other Banca Generali offices (Milano / Trieste)
