6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP | FULL-TIME
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Business Performance Analyst Intern who can join the Stone Island Team in our Milan HQ.
As a Business Performance Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Omnichannel Client & Performance Team .
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have critical thinking mindset.
KEY ACTIVITIES :
Support the team in collecting and preparing periodic Omnichannel reports at Global and Regional level;
Support the team in his ad hoc analysis and daily activities;
Support the team in monitoring the performance of DOS, Digital and Wholesales channels, highlighting trends and unexpected variances;
Take part to team meetings and contribute to several and different business projects and presentations at WW level;
Handle the manager's agenda in a proactive and efficient manner: ensuring that presentations, analysis or other paperworks needed for meetings are prepared in advance;
Liase with the IT Team to ensure a proper and updated set of reports and innovative solutions for the Business Users;
Become a point of reference for all the internal stakeholders (Regions, Finance, Retail, Digital, Wholesale, Merchandising & Distribution).
REQUIREMENTS :
Economy/Statistics/Engineering degree;
Excellent knowledge of both English and Italian;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point);
Strong analytic skills;
Good Critical Thinking;
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills;
Strong organizational skills: perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to details;
Experience in Retail/Performance environment is a plus.
