Your Challenge As Business Partners Coordinator for Low Voltage Electrical Products (EP), your mission will be to coordinate the activities of the low voltage solution products promotion, with local distributors, on a national perimeter, in collaboration with local representatives and sales specialists, and will also scout and develop new Partners for the customers.
Some of the main activities will be: Oversee the low voltage products portfolio for each Business Partner (Electrical distribution Business Partners are companies or entities that provide electrical products and solutions to B2B customers) at both local and national levels.
Additionally, drive pivotal initiatives to optimize the distribution network, enhance partner relationships, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Implement the EP Business Unit strategy and integrate it with insights gathered from the distribution network to support sales initiatives, clear inventory stocks, and develop special offers, advertising campaigns, and programs.
Additionally, monitor inventory levels and economic metrics to ensure optimal stock management and financial performance.
Identify new commercial spaces or strengthen our presence in existing ones.
Collaborate internally with other roles that interact with wholesalers, such as Account Managers dedicated to specific Partners or the network of technical promoters who support engineering studies.
Align with existing contacts and implement sales synergies.
Boost the Low Voltage portfolio among Business Partners and customers by planning training sessions for technicians and salespeople in line with Business Unit requirements and guidelines.
Organize workshops for Business Partners and customers, and support Business Partners in promotional and marketing events and initiatives.
Identify new partners capable of facilitating customers in accelerating their adoption of low voltage electrical products, promoting the transition towards digitalization and sustainability.
These partners will help customers transform their projects, solutions, and machinery into a digital and energy-efficient environment by adopting the low voltage portfolio.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Bachelor/master's degree in electrical/automation/electronic/computer science/mechatronics engineering, or technical High school Diploma.
Knowledge of Low Voltage distribution ecosystem and players and Medium Voltage panels and electrical distribution.
Passion to never-stop growing.
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
