We are looking for a Business Partner.The purpose of this role is to manage Clients and resources to ensure the Client's marketing needs are met.
They are viewed as a trusted advisor to the client, understand and articulate client business insights, and leverage them to contribute ways to move the business forward.
You will lead and monitor activities, proactively identify client opportunities, manage, motivate and develop teams, and work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client's business.

Deliver the service proposition to clients and full end-to-end management of the business on individual clients.
Proactively identify Client Development Opportunities.
Flag specific client cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Team Management: Manage and motivate the team around the clients' objectives and culture.
Liaise frequently with Media Relations and Trading counterparts to ensure plans align with trading priorities.
Seek understanding of clients' fee models in order to maximize business revenue.
Support and coach the team to ensure that they work to their full potential.
Develop best practices and more efficient ways of working and ensure this is followed by teams.
Handle Client Relationship Management: Own the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client.
Deepen the top-level relationship to ensure retention and growth.
Ensure client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones.
Supervise the team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service.
Requirements: 6-8 years of Media Agency experience.
Deep knowledge of planning tools and media research.
High skills in coordination, planning, and client accounting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
Organizational skills regarding the coordination of people not necessarily reporting to them and the ability to manage, develop, and motivate the team.
Ability to create strong customer and dealer relationships.
Work by objectives, with sensitivity to efficiency and optimization.
Very good knowledge of English.
