The primary focus of the Manager, Sales and Marketing will be the development and management of JL13 Concept Inc's prospect portfolios for new markets, as well as fully exploiting business expansion opportunities for the new market. The role ensures JL13 Concept Inc. is well positioned to nurture new client relationships.
The Manager, Sales and Marketing shall bear the designation of Business Optimization Manager – Sub Saharan Africa and shall report directly to the CEO of JL13 Concept. Their major job description includes:
Develop promotional materials for delivery to clients Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff Manage contracts and ensure delivery on Purchase Agreements Drive JL13's foray into the new market Plan and control budget and expenditures Assist in product development and evaluate marketing strategies Establish distribution networks and conduct market research Maintain and manage digital database Implement policies and procedures ensuring compliance Coordinate and review projects and programs Oversee data analysis and report preparation Advise senior management Organize committees and working groups Develop and implement communication strategies Evaluate daily operations Supervise staff or team Manage business operations and profitability Review product innovations and competitor analysis Assess business opportunities and develop strategies Lead sales team in building client relationships Develop and implement business plans Ensure compliance with government regulations Direct corporate governance and compliance procedures Develop marketing and advertising strategies Collaborate with specialists for client programs Identify and assess client markets Develop marketing strategies for first mover advantage Determine contract terms and conditions Manage training and development strategies Act as an ambassador for cooperation in business growth Identify prospective partners and develop relationships Maximize strengths with local partners Manage relationships with stakeholders Negotiate community relations agreements Implement region-wide strategies for success This position requires the supervision of 5-10 people and proficiency in the following software:
MS Access MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Project management software MS Office Networking security Agile The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, business development, product development, contract negotiation, and market analysis. Experience in security operations protocol and proficiency in a second West African language will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a valid Criminal record check and must possess the following:
