This manager is also tasked with internal training on crypto, strategic planning, and audit management, thereby ensuring informed decision-making and adherence to regulatory standards.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to) Oversee day-to-day business activities, focusing on crypto services.Streamline operations, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency.Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the crypto service operations.Act as a liaison with support functions like Finance, Accounting, Dealing, Audit, and Payment.Coordinate with departments to ensure effective communication and support for the crypto service.Collaborate with key support teams including Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Operations, and Support.Align Crypto Operations with Compliance Standards and Industry Best Practices.Educate and train internal departments on crypto services.Contribute to strategic planning and set operational goals.Manage audits for the crypto service and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the crypto or financial services industry Proven track record in operational management and process optimization.Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related regulatory environment.Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective cross-departmental collaboration.Ability to develop strategic plans and make data-driven decisions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management in the crypto industry.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday.
