Customer Fulfilment has the global responsibility for making IKEA products & core services available for customers wherever and whenever they choose to buy them.
Within the Customer Fulfilment Organization, IKEA Distribution Piacenza plays a relevant role, offering great opportunities to contribute to our ambitions and challenges.
We are now looking for an engaging and motivating person with an overall view on business & people, costs and processes to actively steer and develop customer fulfilment performance.
Partnering with management team, you will support, through analysis and scenarios, decisions and directions for continuous improvement of our Company
- We are looking for a talent with a University Degree in Economics, Engineering or Logistics. Previous working experience in Controlling/Financial role (at least 3/4 years) is a prerequisite.
- You should be highly analytical, accurate, leader with strong communication with impact skills, able to work both independently and cross functionally. Process and scenario thinking mindset are strongly required, as well as proactive and change management approach in a complex environment to develop and support the business result achievement.
- You will need digital skills and high knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & Italian is required.
- Mobility and availability to travel requested.
**What you'll be doing day to day**
- Actively lead the customer fulfilment Business Plan process (Action plan, Budget & KPI's goal setting) for all customer fulfilment functions and business units and drive follow up process.
- Secure accurate & timely consolidation of the Bi-monthly reports and budgeting process.
- Secure Company's functional reporting (actual results and forecast) according to accounting rules and deadlines.
- Secure KPI's follow up and support the efficiency increase (reduce costs, improve productivity performance, effective staff planning, quality and services towards the customer) with operation and other relevant stakeholders.
- Offer benchmark activities towards other comparable Units to identify opportunities and risks.
- Actively support the steering of the business, in order to secure a higher customer perceived availability and quality at lowest possible costs.
- Provide Central Fulfilment Manager and the CFO management team with reliable financial information, tools, analysis (i.e cost/benefit, scenarios/business cases, Investments ROI, etc.) and evaluations of business potentials to influence the decision-making process.
- Actively steering on Investments plan, securing actual trend and future priorities and financial impacts
- Support the Company by contributing to projects development, with analysis and reports.
- Actively contribute to negotiation on financial targets with other IKEA Companies and our External Partners
- Collaborate with the Central Functions Team, securing common and effective ways of working.
