The Business (Marketing and Sales) Executive will be responsible for developing and increasing advertising sales for PPCI's publishing and media activities, by identifying new markets and seizing business opportunities.
Requirements:
Professional experience in direct/tele sales with proven track record and entrepreneurial driveFluency in English language, knowledge of other languages is an advantageConfident in building client relationships at easeTarget-orientedSelf-motivated and enthusiastic, positive, hardworking, customer-orientedStrong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of the marketing and sales teamProficient knowledge on computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word, InternetWillingness to follow instructions and open to learningPharmaceutical or medical background a plusResponsibilities:
Maintain and develop advertising sales via telephone calls and emailsPrepare client proposals, negotiate the terms of an agreement and finalise salesMake accurate and rapid judgment to provide clients with suitable offersDiscuss new sales opportunities and build special packages or sales themesFollow up on advertising materials and monitor accurate placement of advertisement positionAct as the point of contact between PPCI and its existing and potential clientsOrganise and attend client meetings during congress eventsGather market and customer informationRegular review of sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targetsInform the Publisher about future buying trends on a regular basisReport on sales activities regularly to PublisherWe offer:
