CVRE SRL – REboutique is a real estate business established in 2019, focusing on rent to rent.
We agree on a lease with landlords and guarantee a long-term contract, with punctual monthly payments and no hassle from maintenance.
We ask for authorization to sublet so that we can offer rooms with flexible contracts to students who come to Milan for mid-term stays (3-6 months).
When necessary, we renovate the apartment to make it more appealing for the market and more suitable for our business model.
We strive to offer our tenants high standard customer service with prompt response to maintenance requests and support with matters related to co-living and life in a new city.
We currently host over 150 students.
The profile we are hiring We are looking for a manager with an entrepreneurial attitude, with a background in business management / development.
You will join the Senior Property Manager in supervising the team as well as relationships with partners.
You are expected to foster the current business streams and establish new partnerships and paths for the company.
Skills required: People management: You are expected to be a team leader and manage the whole team as well as the contractors that take care of maintenance and renovations.
Business management: You are expected to contribute in conceiving and implementing company strategies.
Sales and marketing: We believe in building a strong stream of leads and helping them understand the value we offer in comparison to our competitors.
You are expected to contribute to strategies for creating both the stream of leads and communication.
Initially, you will be in constant contact with potential and current tenants to gain a better understanding of the business.
Other requirements: Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Salary: Up to €30,000 gross per year plus a generous bonus based on company results.
Please note this is an office-based opportunity (Milano, MM Brenta area).
The team is small and the environment is young and flexible.
