We are looking for a Business Manager Southern Europe.
The Business Manager – together with the Country Leader for the country where you are assigned – has the objective to increase the brand position into the market.
Job Category: Mid-Senior level, Senior About TPV Technology: TPV Technology is an internationally-renowned PC monitor, TV and Digital Signage Displays manufacturer.
TPV serves as an original design manufacturer for some of the best-known TV, PC and Digital Signage Displays brands in the industry and distributes its products worldwide under its own brands AOC and Envision.
In addition, the company designs, produces and sells Philips-branded monitors, TVs and AVA products, Digital Signage Displays and mobile phones through a license agreement with Philips via its subsidiaries TP Vision and MMD.
Scope: The Business Manager is responsible for all business activities for the selected product portfolio within the Southern Europe cluster.
Responsibilities: Find business opportunities.
Business activities include product range build-up and logic from a commercial point of view, product lifecycle management, pricing and margin management for the selected geographical area, and recommendation on channel management strategy.
Define commercial strategies and their monitoring.
Build customer and industry data to distill relevant insight for analysis.
Identify additional opportunities within the current branded portfolio.
The job is considered as the linking pin between sales and product/marketing teams.

Education And Related Experience: Minimum Bachelor degree.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
Good hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
Professional fluency in English and Italian.
Spanish will be a plus.
Preferred Skills: Strong analytical skills and mindset.
Positive and problem-solving attitude, can-do mentality and open-minded.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication skills – liaise with internal & external customers.
The position requires good common sense: the ability to perform tasks with initiative, accuracy, precision, and attention to detail, to work independently, and cooperate with others.
