We are currently looking for a Business Manager in a development perspective of the Lifescience division in FORTIL Italia .
Responsibilities: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Contribute to the company's development strategy; Meet new clients; Develop service offerings; Negotiate contracts; Open new accounts; Create sustainable and profitable partnerships.
RECRUITMENT Detecting and chasing talent; Source on job boards and various social networks; Conduct interviews during recruitment processes; Recruit your team of consultants; MANAGEMENT OF CONSULTANTS Managing the careers of your consultants; Support your consultants in their professional and personal development.
About you: Master's degree in Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry, Biology or similar; 1-2 years of experience in the Lifescience sector; You have interpersonal skills which you apply to commercial relations as well as recruitment and team management; Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and listening are essential to conquer new markets.
Nice to have: You have technical experience ( QA , QC , CSV , Validation , etc… ) performed as a consultant or as an employee of production sites; You have a strong appetite for complex projects and problem solving; You are constantly looking to improve; Your audacity and ambition are the guarantors of your success and your evolution within the team; Fluency in English.
