We are currently looking for a Business Manager in a development perspective of the Lifescience division in FORTIL Italia.
Responsibilities: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Contribute to the company's development strategy;Meet new clients;Develop service offerings;Negotiate contracts;Open new accounts;Create sustainable and profitable partnerships. RECRUITMENT Detecting and chasing talent;Source on job boards and various social networks;Conduct interviews during recruitment processes;Recruit your team of consultants. MANAGEMENT OF CONSULTANTS Managing the careers of your consultants;Support your consultants in their professional and personal development. About you: Master's degree in Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry, Biology, or similar;1-2 years of experience in the Lifescience sector;You have interpersonal skills which you apply to commercial relations as well as recruitment and team management;Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and listening are essential to conquer new markets. Nice to have: You have technical experience (QA, QC, CSV, Validation, etc.) performed as a consultant or as an employee of production sites;You have a strong appetite for complex projects and problem solving;You are constantly looking to improve;Your audacity and ambition are the guarantors of your success and your evolution within the team;Fluency in English.
