As Transit & Fleet Business Line Global Product Management and Development Leader, you will be accountable for the products portfolio, development projects as well as implementation of business line strategy.
This is a new business line setup in the ABB e-Mobility business to solidify the position of our business as the world's leading player in electric mobility.
You'll be able to expand, define and shape the products portfolio, and development plans, implement those in execution and align with the global strategies in terms of growth, footprint and positioning, so as to deliver the growth ambitions leading our continued global success of the business.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Implement the Transit & Fleet business strategy and ensures progress globally with emphasis on growth
- Develop and integrate performance targets for the Product Portfolio in alignment with global targets and deliver on those
- Ensure achievement through regular oversight and driving continuous process improvement initiatives
- Develop a portfolio that expands over products, solutions, systems, and/or ser-vice portfolio to achieve and secure market leadership
- Oversee development and responsible for execution of high-quality products, services, and processes
- Ensure the successful execution of development projects, including meeting targets for schedule, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee relevant local Research and Development initiatives, collaborating closely with operations and platforms teams to the agreed strategy and against planned activities, ensuring transparency and strong understanding for all stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to en-sure ongoing customer satisfaction
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical domain or in engineering is required with a minimum of 25 years' experience in both product management and RnD in leadership positions.
- Must have experience managing Internal stakeholders at different hierarchical levels and have run large and global teams.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience within the Green Electrical Industry is strongly preferred; Demonstrated relevant track record of successful achieve-ment in the areas of product/solutions, RnD, management, implementation of new business models, and presenting distinct "big picture" thinking is required.
- Must have solid analytical-conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative leadership team mind-set required.
- Demonstrated capability of leading and developing an agile team of high-caliber professionals.
- Must be able and willing to travel internationally, up to 35% of the time.
