As a Tableau Developer, you will drive the development of an easy-to-navigate Tableau space for the AI Services Product Management team and influence decision-making across the organization. You play a crucial role in the team; your mission is to develop complex, interactive, and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and visualizations while also creating best practices across the organization.
The position is a 5-month FTC opportunity for maternity cover.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop comprehensive, interactive, and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to design and build an easy-to-use space in Tableau.Unify existing dashboards and develop templates for consistent use across the organization.Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for growing data volumes.Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, ensuring consistent best practices.About the TeamOur Product Data Analytics team mission is to equip the AI Services Product Management team to make data-driven decisions around features with AI component development (e.g., Package detection), starting with insights for feature proposal and post-launch evaluation. We do this by quantifying user experience at each feature usage stage (activation, engagement, retention, reactivation), identifying usage patterns, and discovering new opportunities to improve customer experience with Ring devices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in analyzing and interpreting data, performing statistical analysis.Experience with data visualization using Tableau.Experience with writing SQL queries.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in product data analytics or user experience analytics.Experience in project management.Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and designing ETL pipelines.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
