Business Intelligence Manager Southern Europe

Our client is a worldwide player in the professional equipment industry, renowned for the quality of its products and its commitment to innovation.
RoleThe main goal is to create a new Business Intelligence Team to support growth and transformation strategy in the coming years in the Southern Europe region.
As Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a team of 3 people, with the aim to expanding it to at least 6 of them.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluating strategic business opportunities to drive growth and efficiencyOptimizing decision-making processes through data-driven insightsMonitoring market indicators across the whole Southern Europe regionDefining customer segmentation for local digital campaignsPromoting the automation of business processes through advanced BI toolsRequirementsMaster's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.Leadership experience in a BI or similar role within complex and structured environments.Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel (including Macros), and SQL.Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and analysis.Experience in data visualization and user experience to optimize data interpretation.Strong interpersonal skills to manage high-level stakeholders (C-level) and motivate team members.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) as a plus.Fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
