Business Intelligence Manager

Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement BI strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with senior leadership on business objectives and data needs.Data Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency. Oversee data governance, warehousing, ETL processes, and quality initiatives.Analytics & Reporting: Design advanced analytics solutions, maintain dashboards, and provide actionable insights. Manage sales budgets, CRM, and market research.Technology: Select and implement BI tools. Stay updated on BI and analytics trends.Collaboration: Work with various departments and communicate data insights effectively. Promote data-driven decision-making.Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor BI projects, and continuously improve BI processes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.5+ years in BI or data analytics within the Pharma industry.Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, data warehousing, OCE/VEEVA, and ETL processes.
