Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Intelligence and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Manager to lead our professional team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the BI and EPM solutions already implemented in a global/group scale and will be facing new developments with project manager duties contributing to the enrichment and evolution of the current architecture, as well as designing and implementing new BI solutions, performance metrics, and reporting tools.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor and develop the team composed by BI, DWH and EPM specialists.Collaborate with top management to define and execute the BI and EPM cross-area and cross-region strategy.Ensure alignment of BI and EPM initiatives with business objectives and goals, respecting time constraints and internal/external resource planning.Perform Budget/Forecasting duties and maintain relationships with vendors.
Business Intelligence: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI/DWH solutions including data sources (internal/external), dashboards, reports, as well as data flows (ETL) and overall DWH architecture set-up.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all BI tools and platforms.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance BI capabilities and efficiency.Scout for new solutions and grant the company an adequate level of technological innovation.
Enterprise Performance Management: Manage the implementation and optimization of EPM tools and processes.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.Facilitate and support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Data Management: Oversee data governance practices to ensure data quality/segregation and compliance with regulatory standards and internal compliance rules.Manage data integration and ensure seamless flow of information across different systems and platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance data literacy/democratization across the organization.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
