Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
**Posizione**:
At Atlante you will be in charge of supporting the company to take strategic decisions through a continous assessment and analysis of the reference markets and the mapping of the competitors' landscape.
You will be in charge of planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational reporting and analytics.
You will be also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading periodical market and business report updates.
You must have proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of information and reports.
This role requires a thorough, detailed, creative, diligent, and sharp analytical mind.
You will interact with all internal teams of Atlante and/or NHOA, and will ensure upkeep of all relevant NHOA's policies, contractual and quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments from beginning to end.
After handover to Project Management team, you will continue to support as required, including for the commissioning phase.

**Task and duties**:
- Support CEO on strategy developments also writing ad hoc strategy / position papers
- Assess growth requirement for the team members' technical knowledge to support the business needs
- Research & deep dive transversal topics; work on trasversal projects, including operational ones but excluding site activities
- Facilitate team and individual meetings to keep the team up to date on the business climate, evolving needs of key stakeholders and client(s) and any strategic initiatives for the business
- Perform in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and establish market trends
- Research and propose pricing strategies appropriate to Atlante
- Participate in strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect sales opportunities
- Develop innovative concepts to promote the brand, plus services & products
- Periodic review of documentation within the team's scope and responsibilities
- Provide periodical update and resolve escalation with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional team(s) and management to optimize processes and systems
- Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with team and client
**Requisiti**:
- Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate competing deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Ability to prioritise specific tasks through prescribed processes, as well as identify, document, and implement improvements
- Ability to work effectively across different functions internally and external clients, having the mindset of solving for the customer

- Prior experience with process improvement/standardization
