The IT Department is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Regular contract, full time) mainly based in our Monza site.
He/she will be responsible for the Business Intelligence solution for all the Desmet countries worldwide.

Reporting to IT Application Manager for the Desmet division of Alfa Laval, based in Monza. Who you are We are looking for a person with:

Manage, maintain, and develop the Desmet BI solution based on PowerBI and Azure data warehouse/data lake.Follow the development of the new BI reporting while continuing the developments and maintenance of the existing reporting system, with a high level of autonomy.Follow specific projects in the different Desmet business areas (Finance, Supply chain, Sales) and potentially other future projects within the Alfa Laval group.In more detail, he/she will:
Manage and constantly innovate the BI architecture (PowerBI, analytics, connectors, Azure data warehouse and data lake, Power Automate).Identify business needs in terms of data analysis and the best functional and technological solutions to be implemented.Manage and improve the analysis of Desmet data, increasing the availability of reports and usability of information across systems.Collaborate on managing and improving data flows between systems.Coordinate with external consultants when needed.Be the point of reference for all issues related to Business Intelligence.What you know The person we are looking for has ideally:
At least 5 years of experience in the role in multinational companies or as a consultant.Specialization in Microsoft BI solutions (Power BI, SQL, Azure, Power Automate, etc.).Knowledge of Tagetik, Dynamics AX/D365 is appreciated but not essential.Fluent English.Availability for short trips to other Group offices abroad.
