We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Insights Analyst.

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will: Become a trusted advisor to clients: starting from the understanding of their objectives, turn data into actionable insights to help them succeed in the complex ecosystem of marketplaces.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and dashboards to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Improve your analytical skills to support data-driven decisions and supercharge your visualization and data-preparation skills.
Collaborate to our culture of continuous innovation, by exploring new data sources, new technologies, new analyses.
Ensure the correct functionality of internal processes and execute improvements when necessary.
Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with client-facing responsibilities, or a willingness to take them on; Bachelor's degree; Economics, Business, or Engineering Degree would be a plus; Fluent Italian and English (at least B2); Experience in communicating insights from data to internal teams and external stakeholders; Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point; Previous experience with Data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred; Experience manipulating and interpreting data coming from large datasets; Analytical and business-oriented mindset; Ability to manage, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously; Strong problem-solving skills, roll-up sleeves attitude and willingness to learn.

You would be based in our offices in Milan and you would have the possibility of working remotely.
